Can't upload, gets hot when connected

I have this tinyfpga bx board, it disconnected (and i broke the cable it was a powerbank cable and it was short and it was going to happen eventually). I bought a new cable. Now here is the issue. I can read metada from board but when i tried to upload a file it gives an error and also when i connect board main chip gets hot very quickly. Am i need to wipe user image or something? oh also when its bootloader active, its bootloader led sometimes flicker a little bit.
